This policy describes how ERP-FAST CONSULTING LLC (“the Company”, “we”) handles information in connection with the automated SMS notification service it operates for its own authorised personnel. The service delivers operational and account notifications — system health alerts, scheduled job outcomes, backup status, and responses to queries a staff member initiates.
We process only: (1) the mobile telephone number of an authorised staff member, provided during account setup for the purpose of receiving these notifications, and (2) the content of the operational messages sent to and received from that staff member. We do not collect personal data about members of the public, and we do not use purchased, rented, or third-party contact lists.
Mobile numbers and message content are used solely to deliver the Company’s own operational and account notifications to authorised personnel, and to respond to queries those personnel initiate. Messages are transactional and operational in nature. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information or SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No SMS opt-in data is shared with third parties for any purpose other than transmitting the messages themselves through our messaging provider, which acts solely as a processor on our behalf.
Authorised personnel are enrolled during account setup, at which point they provide their mobile number and give explicit consent to receive these operational notifications. Consent is recorded by the Company. A recipient may opt out at any time by replying STOP; reply START to resubscribe, or HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies with system activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Message content is retained only as long as needed to operate the notification service and is held on access-controlled systems. Recipients may request deletion of stored messages at any time.
